What’s happening with all this rain?

It’s been “the summer of the rain”!  The 1200 new trees that we planted are happy.  And the trees that struggled through last year’s drought are too.  However, we need some heat units – some sunshine – to ripen up the apples.  Here’s the latest “Fred Report” on things in the orchard.
